Seasonal Rates: Typical for 2023
Nightly Rate: €235.00. seasonally adjusted
Energy: Whilst we do include a generous allowance in the rental, energy prices from our suppliers have literally gone through the roof, ie. solid fuel, oil and electricity. In all instances if the allowance has been exceeded reasonable overages will apply.
Minimum stay: 4 Nights
Cottage Valet: €135.00 Per week or part thereof.
Prepayment: €300 / week or part thereof - Payable at time of booking. This is a provisional booking and must be confirmed by return E-Mail to secure your chosen dates.
- Bank Holiday weekend / Christmas/New Year - Please contact for applicable rates
- Full rental due 8 weeks prior to arrival, ie. 56 days.
Cancellation policy: If unable to travel please give us early notice, thank you.
Fees: Please note all providers charge fees for accepting cards etc. These fees are normally in the order of 3 - 3.5 % of the total amount. We believe these charges are unfair in their totality so we provide guests with a free payment system using a direct payment / transfer through our bank, ie. bank direct. Paying in this manner will save you approx. 28 % campared to mainline booking platforms. The choice is yours. Our bank details are as follows:
